Paul Marc Goulet has made it his mission in life to train and develop healthy leaders worldwide. He has established an international network of churches, schools, pastors, and leaders with the ultimate goal of seeing individuals achieve whole-person health – physically, mentally, emotionally, and relationally.
Paul earned his bachelor’s degree from University of Ottawa and a master’s degree from Ashland University in Psychology and Pastoral Counseling. Paul has worked as a professional counselor and therapist and founded Capital Counseling Center in Sacramento, California.
Paul has served as Senior Pastor of International Church of Las Vegas for over 20 years. The church’s four local campuses host thousands of worshipers from the Las Vegas metropolitan area on a weekly basis. The church’s online extension, iChurch, broadcasts church services live in multiple languages to hundreds of thousands of viewers every year. The church also hosts International Christian Academy, a private leadership development school that educates students from preschool through grade 8 and the Kairos School of Ministry, a fully-accredited college program and extension of Southeastern University.
Paul’s goal is to build 2,000 churches by the year 2020 through partnerships with pastors, leaders, churches, and Bible schools worldwide. He has partnered with John C. Maxwell’s EQUIP organization to bring leadership training to the United States, Canda, and France, serving as the leader of the training in the French-speaking world. Because of his involvement in the Las Vegas community, through training, outreach, and leadership, Paul was recognized in 2013 as a Distinguished Nevadan by the Nevada System of Higher Education.
Paul is married to Denise Taillefer Goulet. They have three adult children: Isabelle, Christine, and Samuel. They are also grandparents to eight grandchildren.
